Indicative standard fixed-fee arrangement. Your agreement may instead use an agreed percentage of eligible rent collected; personalised terms are confirmed in writing before you start.

If a vehicle is not on rent, no income is generated. Income is not guaranteed and depends on hire activity and rent actually collected.
How fees are calculated
- Fixed fees are charged on billable hire days.
- Percentage fees are charged on eligible rent collected.
- Each vehicle runs on its own 28-day billing cycle and is invoiced with a full breakdown.
- Vehicle activity is tracked, payments are monitored and regular updates are provided in your partner portal.

Eligibility
For UK limited companies and LLPs with 3+ vehicles
- UK limited company or LLP registered at Companies House. Sole traders and individual owners are not eligible.
- A minimum of 3 vehicles.
- £25 application fee, credited back against your first 28-day platform-fee invoice.
Full partner requirements
- Valid vehicle documentation: registration, insurance and required certifications. Our onboarding team guides you through it.
- Company verification: Companies House details and proof of vehicle ownership, verified before activation.
- Partnership agreement: a clear agreement setting out earnings, responsibilities and terms.
- Application fee: the one-off £25 is paid at the end of registration to cover Companies House, document and identity verification, then automatically credited against your first platform-fee invoice.
