Please read this before paying your first weekly payment of £109.85 to reserve. This includes the £100 first-week insurance only if selected. Paying means you accept these terms.

• Once paid, the £109.85 first weekly payment is non-refundable if you cancel, fail to attend your collection appointment, fail later document checks, or simply change your mind.
• PCO and private-hire vehicles are in very high demand. The moment you reserve a specific vehicle we take it off the market and stop offering it to other waiting customers. If you then don't collect, we lose both the hire and the alternative customer who would have completed. That is what this payment is there to compensate for.
• Please only reserve when you are confident you will attend collection on the agreed date. If you're not ready yet, use the free "Get Notified" form on this vehicle page instead; there is no commitment and no payment.
• It is refunded in full only when: we decline your application, we cancel the reservation ourselves, or we cannot supply the vehicle on your collection date through our fault.
• When you collect the vehicle, the £109.85 is credited once to Week 1's rent and, if selected, insurance. The deposit remains payable separately.
• Any approved refund is processed back to the original payment card via Stripe and normally appears within 5–10 working days.
